Introduction of E and F Flute
Our most recent development is the introduction of E and F flute to complement the master cartons where accessories are required or to make the primary boxes.
2016
Auto Folder Gluer
Installation of Auto Folder Gluer capable of handling inside and outside gluing of boxes with an output of 52000 boxes a day. Benefits included energy conservation and saving labour cost.
2015
Jumbo Slotter
Wadpack installs one of the largest jumbo slotter of size 2.2 x 4.2.
Design Center
Wadpack opens Design Center to make Corrugated POP Displays
2013
Introduction of 7 Ply Board
Wadpack is always known for it’s heavy-duty cartons. Keeping in line with this we launched a super strong 7 ply boards and boxes. This can help replace wooden packaging, making the product more environmentally friendly.
Bulk Liquid Packaging
An innovative perspective on intermediate bulk containers. The patented SpaceKraft design delivers advantages for set-up, storage, dispensing and disposal when compared to drums, returnable totes and rigid bottle-in-cage IBCs.
2012
Corrugated Pallets
Introduction of corrugated pallets to replace wooden pallets for exports. This eliminated the pre requirement of fumigation of wooden pallets needed for export to European countries. Being environmentally friendly they can be disposed after use.

Color Printer Slotter
3 Colour Flexo Printer Slotter complete with a Rotary Die to increase output. This can handle large 3 and 5 ply boards.

First in the corrugation industry in to be accredited with ISO 14001 Certification for Environment, Health and Safety (EHS)
2000
High Rise Stacking
First in the country to install High Raise Stacking for finished goods in the corrugated industry. This lead to optimum utilsation of warehouse / godown space, cost savings and easy identification of products.
ISO 9001 Certification
First in the corrugation industry in India to be re-accredited with ISO 9001 (2000) Certification.
1997
Two Color Flexo Printer
Installed a two colour flexo printer slotter.
ISO 9002 Certification
First in the corrugation industry in India to be accredited with ISO 9002 Certification
Brandng of CFCS
Branding of CFCS with WADPACK logo for Product Traceability and Process Check.
1995
Establishment of Lab
Installation of state of the art equipment in our Quality Assurance Department. First in the country to self certify all the products. Every batch of boxes leaves the facility with an in house certification to make sure the product is as per specifications given by the customer.
1993
Glued Joint Technology
While the rest of the country was stitching the boxes at the manufacturing joint, Wadpack were the first in the country to manufacture a glued joint. Thus eliminating metal from the boxes completely and making it environmentally friendly.
